Roles & Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new employees (CIEL calls them deputees).
- Running the payroll : collecting inputs for payroll and expense claims, preparing those for payroll.
- Working with the Payroll team to get the payroll processed for an error-free output.
- Generating the billing sheet, getting the invoices done by Finance team, getting them transmitted to the clients, checking with clients on receipt of the invoices and facilitating collections.
- Advising payouts to the deputees on their salaries and expenses.
- Full and Final Settlement for exiting employees.
- Interfacing with clients on all issues related to deputee lifecycle and compliance.
- Coordinating with the central compliance team for client audits.
- Coordination with central team for insurance benefits of deputees..
