Specific Job Responsibilities:

Product Costing

  • Costing of BOMs and SKUs to be manufactured/packed at Europe
  • Providing cost estimates to the business to support future business and commercial teams across Europe
  • Review and maintain any data integrity issues including but not limited to, un-costed BOMs and validation/checking of pricing of components from Intas (parent company in India) and other 3rd party suppliers

Works Orders

  • Analyse and identify any issues with works orders from production to ensure all orders are completed and financially recognized

Budgets

  • Ensure standard cost and routings are up to date to ensure accurate costing for new financial year
  • Perform annual cost roll and mark and release costs for new financial year
  • Input into budget process with planning and production colleagues to confirm new BOMs, SKU’s and routings on site.

Production Reporting

  • Perform settlements and closure process, WIP calculations and associated month end tasks
  • Provide reports and analysis on production outputs as part of weekly and month end reporting
  • Identify and provide analysis on PPV and material usage variances on a monthly basis
  • Support the Operations Financial Controller with added value analysis for the site leadership team identifying key trends and corrective actions to achieve site financial forecasts/budget
  • Develop periodic and adequate reporting for site

Relevant Professional / Educational Background, Skills & Experience:

  • CA/ICWA qualified with a strong academic profile
