Job Responsibilities:


  1. Planning Monitoring & Regulatory

a) Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures

b) Establish and direct plant policies and procedures

c) Analyze the planned V/s the actual targets and drive the activities to achieve the business and functional targets

d) Drive Plant quality and productivity improvement

e) Oversee all the manufacturing and process excellence activities

f) Leverage limited resources, both financially and physically, by way of tools, equipment and buildings

g) Establish plans, budgets, and measure results; allocate resources, review progress; make mid-course corrections where necessary

h) Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and delivery

i) Responsible Environment, health and Safety activities at the plant

j) Responsible for P&L of the plant


  1. Business Planning and Risk Management

a) Co-ordinate the development of the Business Plan and its monitoring and evaluation

b) The management of any significant issues that might affect progress

c) Operate a risk register which identifies key risks that could have a significant effect on the company

d) Take part in the company\'s conscious development and profit making strategies and live up to quality, price and on time delivery


  1. Leadership

a) Ensure training and qualification program are implemented and that quality procedures are followed by the all staff of the plant

b) Provide leadership and vision to the organization by leading production and manufacturing teams to desired goals

c) Communicate company values, strategies and objectives by assigning achievable goals and targets

d) Maintain Labor and employee relations
