- Ensuring perpetual inventory system/cycle count on a daily basis in all the warehouses

- Ensure monthly reconciliations of stock and action taken in case of difference.

5. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure statutory compliance in regard to warehouse like VAT registration certificate, licenses, display

boards and etc.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

WSP Management

§ Coordinate with HO Planning, Sales Team & WSPs to manage demand & ensure no issues at execution level

§ Ensure OTIF/Order turnaround time achievement by timely execution of GT sales and stock transfer orders

§ Sustain MT fill rates & ensure customer appointments are delivered on time through collaboration with MT Sales Team & WSPs

§ Preparation & circulation of daily & periodic MISs

§ Evaluate and monitor performance of WSPs on a regular basis to have more control over the operations and give feedback to the WSPs for further improvements

§ Suggest and ensure implementation of initiatives and process improvements in Warehousing in coordination with Regional Logistics Executive & Asst. manager – Logistics.

§ Ensure that all the GRN’s has been completed and posted in SAP within the given time frame and report back to HO and concerned warehouse in case of differences and mismatches/batch mismatches.

§ Conduct quarterly PV audits for all warehouses and prepare evaluation report along with actions & analysis

§ Addressing warehouse infrastructure requirements and suggesting proposals to Regional Logistics Executive.

§ 5S improvement of warehouses & adhering to best practices set by organization

§ Ensure EHS compliance and Pest Control at all the warehouses.

§ Ensure Fire Extinguishes are in working condition, refilled on time & Fire Mock Drill is conducted as per standard SOP.

Transport Management

§ Effective coordination between WSPs and Transporters to ensure that trucks are placed on time for Sales Orders movement

§ Support Regional Logistics Executive in Vendor selection & Negotiations of onetime freight movements

§ Ensure truck is utilized to the maximum possible by engaging between planning team and WSP team

§ Secondary transportation performance monitoring wrt to Transit performance TIT & Truck utilization

§ Giving Feedback on arrival condition to origin points resulting in reduced damages and improved delivered quality

Inventory Management

§ Ensure that all the stocks are stacked in the warehouse and as per SOP and available space should be effectively utilized with in prescribed utilized norms.

§ Review and manage age of stocks and drive productivity in damage & expiry

§ Ensure Zero inventory difference between Physical & SAP stocks

§ Ensuring perpetual inventory system/cycle count is happening on daily basis in all the warehouses, report back the same to HO for recovery from WSP in case of differences

§ Ensure monthly reconciliations of stock in happening and action taken in case of difference
