Should have minimum 5-10 years of experience working as BA
Translates business strategies and objectives into business requirements.
Should have experience ETL tool like Informatica and data transformation mapping documentation creation.
Perform requirements elicitation from client SME’s & client application teams and prepare detailed techno-functional system specification documents
Develops functional and operational requirements using requirements management methodology and tools (VSTS)
Ensures requirements are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation team via walk throughs and clarification
Evaluate test results to ensure requirement tractability is met & suggest areas of improvement to ensure quality & robustness of impacted business systems.
Acknowledge, analyze and recreate defects/ incidents reported by business users, triage all such business-critical defects/incidents reported, identify priority for possible fixes and track them to implementation and closure.
Portal & Content management knowledge will be helpful
Coordinate RTB releases and production fixes - end to end, including tracking timelines, plans, represent change meeting etc.
Participate in estimation meetings with Project Managers to discuss application functionality and design with Dev team and help create estimates for new application modules.
Plan and coordinate with Support team, BRM and Infrastructure support team for implementation of any software upgrade initiatives.
Support in detailing and documenting priority use cases / underlying data points and perform sanity testing for supported applications.
Creating user guides, release notes for application as needed.
Assists client teams to test and analyze final requirements.
Define and implement best practices with internal and external vendors, including continuous review.
Assist with data analysis to drive process improvements and support development of data maturity assessment model
