Ma Foi started in India in 1992 and grew to be the largest HR services company in India. It operated from 14 countries in the world. The Founders are back to business in 2015 under the banner of CIEL.

Baiju Joshi is a veteran businessman in Kampala, Uganda for the last 20 years. He was Managing Director of Quick Colour Print and Quick Colour Signs and his business interests span from Real Estate, Chemicals Trading to Human Resources. He is highly credible in the business fraternity in Uganda.
Alongside his professional work, he has done extensive social work for the community in Uganda. Baiju Joshi is a founder member of "Executive Club" and "Club-45", a club known for its members being eminent personalities from various industries of Kampala.
He has vast experience in business strategy, planning and execution. He leads CIEL’s business in Kampala, and addresses the talent needs of CIEL’s clients across the African Continent.
